For the two SIG III business meetings, we would like to request the following
times:

Tuesday Oct 23: 6:30-7:50pm

Please send me your requests for times to hold your business meetings at Annual.
A 1st and 2nd choice would be helpful.  I will put your requests together and
lay out the times and rooms.  Since we have two rooms, I can hopefully get
everyone their first choice.  If there are problems with too many requests for
the same time, I will go by the time you sent your request and get back to the
folks that need to suggest  another time.
