[Sig-l] ASIST Submissions Deadlines

Hi SIG officers:
Happy holidays!  I trust you all have recovered from our sojourn in 
Milwaukee and are dealing with end of year work - this is a quick note 
to remind you of a few things:

1: Deadlines for submitting papers, posters, and technical (aka, SIG) 
sessions are fast approaching.  January 21st is the magical date for 
technical sessions panels - that's a short 7 weeks away!

2: If you have not shared your officer's list with Dick Hill 
(rhill at asis.org) and me, please do so as soon as possible.  Same with 
annual reports.

3: Please let Dick & me know who is acting as your membership officer - 
this person will have access to the rosters database for adding people 
to your listserv, running reports on who is in your SIG, and sending 
welcome messages to people added to your list.  We'd prefer only one 
person per SIG run these reports (to cut down on confusion) - but we 
need to know who that person is.
