[Sig-l] Checklist of SIG Officer Duties

Attached is a checklist that has been developed by Shelly Warwick over the  
last year.  If there is anything that needs adding/deleting, please respond  to 
the list so that it can be discussed.  When a "final" document is  completed, 
I will get the checklist added to the SIG section of the ASIST  webpage.
