[Sig-l] SIG Activity Reports

Dear SIG officers,
  According to the SIG Officer's Manual (see

Activity Reports are due on August 15, and we've received two at this
point.  At Annual Cabinet meeting, I'd like for us to discuss some changes
to the reporting process to make it easier for you.

Remember that the activity reports are also submissions for the SIG of the
Year Award. You can't win if you don't even try! 

We're extending the deadline to 1 September 2002.

In the meantime, feel free to use e-mail to complete the report, using the
form at

http://www.asis.org/AboutASIS/sig_activity.html

as a guideline.  You do not need to include information that HQ already
has, such as your budget information or number of members. 

If you have decided NOT to submit a report this year, please let me know
so that we don't anxiously await something that will not be coming.
