Hi Scott,

( http://firstcrackpodcast.com ). To answer your question, I'm a big  
fan of Audio Hijack Pro ( http://www.rogueamoeba.com/ 
audiohijackpro/ ) for capturing audio. I capture the original audio  
for my podcast with it and it'll record anything that'll make a sound  
(skype, ichat, realplayer).
