[Pasig-discuss] Arguments for keeping an onsite copy of digitally preserved/stored digital content?

Another aspect is institutional preference for capex vs. opex. For us, it
can be easier to fund storage needs, at least for some of our copies,
through capex purchases of local storage systems.
