Dear all,
Thank you very much for a wonderfully informative conference last week.
There was some discussion around research reproducibility and data
management, so I thought that the following event may be of interest to
some of you.
We are holding a research data network 1-day workshop, with a range of
demos, presentations and birds of a feather sessions. We will post a
detailed agenda in the following weeks on the research data network
site. To give you an idea, we will cover the following topics:
· Data Management Planning
· Active Data Management
· Sensitive Data
· Managing arts and humanities data
· Latest research into Researchers attitudes to sharing and
managing data
The event is free to attend and will be taking place at the University
of St Andrews (Scotland, UK) on the 30th of November.
If you are considering registering we would encourage you to do so now:
https://www.jisc.ac.uk/events/research-data-network-workshop-30-nov-2016
as there is some pressure on accommodation within the town and so we
have pre-booked a number of hotel places for the night before the event
if you require.
Once you register you will be informed of the codes so you can take
advantage of these places.
Have a lovely weekend!
Kind regards,
Daniela
