[Pasig-discuss] Yale Library: Preserving one petabyte of unique digtal content

Hi all - some news you might find of interest.

Yale Library is partnering with Preservica to safeguard nearly a petabyte 
of unique digital content, including the Fortunoff Video Archive for 
Holocaust Testimonies and digitized audio-visual and born-digital 
materials from the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library.

The partnership also includes the collaborative development of automatic 
synchronization of metadata between Preservica and ArchivesSpace to 
provide a single coherent view of Yale Library's physical and digital 
artifacts - a feature that will be made available to all Preservica users 
in early 2016.
