Preservica celebrates growth in Cloud Edition user community with new 
lower priced subscription plans

New plans will enable organizations to get started for less, and 
preserve more as their needs grow.

*Washington US and Oxford UK | Thursday 21st May 2015 |* Preservica, a 
world leader in digital preservation technology, research and 
consulting, is celebrating the rapid growth of the Preservica Cloud 
Edition user community, which now includes a vibrant mix of 
universities, colleges, public libraries, museums, state and government 
organizations, and business archives, by announcing new lower priced 
subscription plans to enable organizations to get started in Digital 
Preservation for less, and preserve more as their storage needs scale 
and grow.

The popularity of Preservica’s Cloud hosted Digital Preservation 
/and/ Access solution, particularly with smaller and mid-size 
institutions, is in part down to its intuitive, integrated OAIS (Open 
Archival Information Systems) workflows, and the overall value and 
breadth of its “out-of-the-box” functions. These benefits were remarked 
on in the recent IMLS (Institute of Museum and Library Services) funded 
report by POWWR (Preserving digital Objects with Restricted Resources) 
in which Preservica was the only solution to /fully/ address all 21 
functions in the POWRR evaluation Grid.

control over user roles & access rights down to an individual record 
level; and a wide range of connectors for popular ECM/RM, email, catalog 
and digital library systems, including Microsoft SharePoint and Outlook.
