*Join our Hello Islandora: Building a Digital Repository event at The New
York Academy of Medicine. *



Structured as a two-part event, the morning panel discussion explores the
resources leveraged, challenges faced, and impacts of repository projects
at Barnard College, the Metropolitan New York Library Council, The New York
Academy of Medicine, and the New York Historical Society.



The afternoon session features a training session catered to participants’
curiosities. Training topics include management of research data, special
collections and institutional repositories; batch ingesting; discovery
tools; embargoing content; harvesting to DPLA; and more! Training will be
led by Erin Tripp of discoverygarden inc., who has managed more than 40
Islandora digital repository projects.

geoscience, medicine and more!
