[Neasis-l] $2,000 in travel grants -- apply today!

*Today *is your last day to apply for a thousand-dollar travel grant to
attend the Association for Information Science and Technology annual
meeting!

There are two grants, $1,000 each, to participate in "Information Science
with Impact: Research in the Community" -- and *you don't have to be a
paid-up ASIST member to get one. *

You do have to write a short application. How short? *Very short!*

   - in 150 words -- how will attending the conference inform your current
   or future professional practice?
   - in 750 words -- in five years, how do you hope your work in
   information science will have had a positive impact on your community?
