It doesn't take a crystal ball to predict that the year ahead may bring some
stress for those of us working in libraries. Learn some ways to handle that
stress at the first Metronet Wind Down of 2011- Healthy Living & Stress
Management. It's a great way to kick-start those health-related New Year's
resolutions, too.

Jodi Denker, Exercise Physiologist at United's Nasseff Heart Center, will
lead us in a presentation and discussion on healthy living tips and managing
stress in the workplace. She'll give us some heart healthy living
suggestions, exercise guidelines, and basic tips for stress management.
She'll also give us some suggestions for what she calls "exercise on the
go," because it's hard trying to fit in a long workout, but we can all fit
in some quick exercises on the go!

Wednesday, January 26th

4:00-5:30pm
Roseville Library

Community Program Room (off the lobby to the right)
2180 Hamline Avenue North
Roseville, MN

(Google Map for the library http://bit.ly/fSgTva)

Jodi welcomes questions, too, so bring some with you! Hope to see you there!

(Note: You do not need to register or RSVP for this event, but if you have
questions please email leann at metronet.lib.mn.us)
