Citizens and city officials in St. Paul and
virtually every other major city continue to
grapple with questions of what telecommunication
technology best serves the end of improving
communication, economic development, education,
libraries and delivery of social services and
access to essential public information.

The language of technology can cloud the real
life issues. This presentation is for residents,
nonprofits, city, regional and state government
staff and for St. Paul’s neighbors who are affected by decisions made here.
