Stop on the way home -- 
Don Gemberling, the state’s data practices “guru”, will speak on policy
issues implicit in the current technology environment TODAY - 5:00-6:30 at
the College of St. Catherine, Coeur de Catherine/Library.  His talk is
titled "Nobody Asked Me!"  He will cover such 
topics as how we get our information, how it is structured for us, who owns
the information, and what we can do about it. The public is encouraged to
attend this free program. 
 
St. Catherine's is located at the corner of Cleveland and Randolph in 
St. Paul.
 
This program is co-sponsored by the Telecommunications and Information
Policy Roundtable with the Minnesota Coalition on Government Information,
the Minnesota Independent Scholars Program, the MN Chapter of the American
Society for Information Science and Technology and the College of St.
Catherine Library Science Program.
