The Course

The workplace can be a much better place if everyone could just get along,
and organizations can save a lot of money if employees know how to get
better deals from vendors. Effective negotiation can accomplish both goals.
It's not about beating the other guy; it's about creating win-win scenarios
where both sides achieve their goals. It's not about competition; it's
about partnership. This seminar helps participants develop their skills
while using each person's individual style to the best of his/her ability.
Successful negotiation can create a more profitable and harmonious workplace.

Targeted Learners

This presentation is designed for professionals who are interested in
creating a happier and fiscally healthier workplace. The course is aimed at
helping everyone who is willing to practice their skills improve their
ability to negotiate effectively, regardless of their level of proficiency.

Critical Learning Questions
    * What are the basic rules of negotiation?
    * How do you negotiate effectively with different types of people?
    * What are some of the secrets of negotiation?
