The  Minnesota Chapter will host the December 14th SLA Virtual
Seminar, "Communicating the Value of Your Service."
After the presentation, the Minnesota Chapter Solo group will meet for 
further discussion.  Any registered participant is welcome to stay for that 
meeting.

Description
The two key concepts discussed in this session are communication and 
value.  What is of value to your key stakeholders and clients? How do you 
know their current definition of value? And, how do you align your measures 
with that value definition?  Most importantly, how do you convey this 
message in our attention deficit organizations when people seem to have 
trouble hearing? Dysart focuses on answering these questions in ways that 
make sense for you in your organization and provides some insights and 
ideas for clearly communicating your library's value to the right 
stakeholders at the right time.
