Building a successful library site is becoming a mission-critical

How do you know that your library site works and is easy to use? This
seminar
provides usability tests and techniques that assist with "user-focused"
design.
It is peppered with real life examples of testing of library navigation
systems,
virtual reference services, and subject portals. Take home tips, exercises,
examples and guidelines for carrying out your own testing and making your
site
