and achieving their personal and professional goals.
She has been in the consulting and career transition business for 20
years, beginning her career at PDI in 1984. After eight years, she
joined Career Dynamics as Director of Outplacement and in 1992 was

responsible for the Individual Effectiveness business.
In 1997, Right Management Consultants acquired Career Dynamics

VP and Managing Director of Career Transition and Field Consulting, she
played a significant role in the integration of the two Minneapolis
offices. Pat later left Right Management Consultants to launch her
own consulting practice, Professional Edge, Inc., focusing on coaching
senior executives in business practices and personal development.
She has also worked with non-profit organizations in developing actionable
strategic plans that addressed critical business issues.
Prior to her career in consulting, Berg was a human resource director
and teacher.
Peter Sidney was named assistant vice president of the Knowledge
Management Center of Expertise, Public Affairs at Cargill in October
2000. His responsibilities include knowledge collection and sharing
activities of information management, corporate archives, web

of the Information Center since 1996. Prior to joining Cargill, he
worked as a manager at the Pillsbury Company's Business Information
