[Metro-ny_asist] Future of LIS Education Program with Michael Gorman

This is to update you on the Metro ASIS&T program on the Future of Library
and Information Science Education, co-sponsored by the ALA student
association of the Graduate School of Library and Information Studies,
Queens College, will be held on Friday November 5th from 1-4:30 PM. The
program will  feature Michael Gorman, president elect of ALA, plus deans
from various area library schools, and panels of students and employers.
The program will be held at John Jay College, Room 1311 North Hall, on 10th
Avenue between 58th and 59th street (a short walk from the A,B,C, D, 1 & 9
trains at Columbus Circle). Save the date!!
