Dear all,

We would like to invite you to take part in the scheduled meeting of the
Thesaurus Maintenance WG that will take place at *Chalet de la Porte Jaune**
Paris* on Wednesday, *May 23rd at 11:00.  * .

*Objectives:*

Our meeting aims at:

   - discussing the progress of our work regarding the implementation of an
   e- tutorial that will present basic principles and steps in designing a
   Thesaurus for the Humanities,
   - presenting our experience in applying a local thesaurus to document
   cultural heritage,
   - discussing the advantages of developing a federation of local thesauri.




*Targeted audience: *The workshop is open to anyone who is interested in
   designing, building and using controlled vocabularies, which facilitate the
   integration of knowledge and information and enable collaboration,
   cross-disciplinary resource discovery and compatibility between
   vocabularies.
