[Eurchap] ESC officer positions open

Dear colleagues, 

 

the European Student Chapter (ESC) will elect its board from 1st to 7th
September 2013.

There are still open officer positions to be occupied and nominations are
being accepted until Monday 30th.

Officer positions are held for one year (from Oct to Sep).

 

The fixed ESC board positions according to our bylaws are chair, vice chair
and secretary/treasurer. That means we need at least three students (ASIS&T
member in good standing), preferably from 3 different European countries. It
would be ok if your ASIS&T student status changed into regular ASIS&T member
during the one year’s term. 

 

We are still searching for nominees for vice chair and secretary/treasurer.
Nominations for chair are also possible. Self-nominations are possible.

 

Further positions are open and will be occupied if there are interested
nominees. Possible positions are e.g. newsletter editor (publish a
newsletter 2 times a year; see e.g. last newsletter at website:
http://www.asis.org/Chapters/Student/esc/?cat=7 ), webmaster (responsible
for our website). Other ideas concerning engaging positions  can be made.
