[Eurchap] Annual meeting in Europe

Dear Colleagues,

The ASIS&T board just concluded its annual summer meeting and retreat. I'm
happy to report that the Board took the advice of the IRC (international
relations committee) survey report on board and decided to hold the Annual
Meeting in Europe in 2016! This is a great step, and thanks are owed to
Mei-Mei Wu and her committee members who worked diligently on the survey
and report.

The report will appear in an upcoming Bulletin.
