[Eurchap] 2012-2013 officers for the european chapter

Dear all,

I hereby announce the results of our nomination process for board for 
the new academic year, since there was only 1 nominee per position. At 
the same time, I welcome the new chair of the European Chapter, Adam 
Girard (UCD, Dublin).
I would like to seize the opportunity to thank all past officers and 
members that have served the European chapter and its student chapter 
and to welcome continuing officers and new ones.
