[Eurchap] Student Chapter of the Year Award

  Dear all,
   
  I am very pleased to announce that ASIST’s 2008 will be going to the European Student Chapter and the University of Washington Information School student chapter.  To quote the email pasted below "The award committee was very impressed with the European student chapter's diverse membership and their activities." 
   
   I would thank all those who have helped build up this chapter.  In particular I would like to thank Kora (our first Chair) who contributed enormously to the chapter during its first few years, Michel (our long-standing Advisor) who has offered us good advice since the chapter started, and Isto (our Secretary) who wrote the chapter report.
