Dear Colleagues,

we are happy to share that so far we have accepted more than 20 high 
quality book chapter proposals. After discussion with the publisher and 
book project schedule review, we decide to keep the door open by extending 
the chapter proposal submission deadline to Jan 15, 2009. We hope this 
could allow more high quality contributions leading to a prestigious book 
production in the field. Thus, we would encourage you to contribute a 
chapter to this book and appreciate if you could pass this call to your 
colleagues who may be interested. Thanks in advance!
