[Chapters-l] Access to your Chapter's records

Dear Chapter Leader,

You may not know that you or someone in your chapter can have access to
reports that have (1) contact information for everyone we include in your
Chapter (called the Chapter Roster) or (2) the Chapter Update report that
lists changes to Chapter members.

Access to these reports, is apparent if you have authorization, when you log
in to the ASIST site as a member.  On the left side, Chapter Report and
Chapter Update show.

Attached is a list of who now has access to these reports, sorted by
Chapter.  Some are most certainly out of date and need to have authorization
removed.  Undoubtedly there are some of you who did not know these were
available and should be added.

Please let us know how access to your chapter reports should be changed, who
should have access removed and who should now have access.  Please, just one
change e-mail per chapter, coming form the Chapter Chair.

These can be changed at any time, so this can be updated after Chapter
elections.
