Ok I know I said that I would do this right after the Chapter Conference Call.  It took me a bit longer.  I created the draft survey in the ASIST Survey Tool.  Please send me feedback.  The questions are based on the conference call, but I am not wedded to any of them.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  Thought about 20 would be a good number of questions but again this is just a first pass for people to react to.  I will also present it at the chapter planning breakfast.
