Greetings ASIS&T colleagues,
In light of the recent passing of ASIS&T legend James M. Cretsos, and at
the suggestion of Michel Menou and Eugene Garfield, a memorial wiki has
been established to honour all of our departed ASIS&T colleagues.
It is hoped that this wiki will provide an easy and accessible place for
those who knew former colleagues to share their memories and reflections
with those of us who never had the chance and to celebrate the ways in
which they touched so many lives with their wisdom and good humour.
You can view the reflections here:
http://asistmemorial.pbwiki.com/
I encourage you to add your own reflections (solemn, humorous, etc.) -
anyone can add their thoughts, but you will need this password:
asistmem
Please let me know if you have questions, and I encourage you to forward
this e-mail to your SIG and Chapter members, and other ASIS&T colleagues.
In respect and honour of those who have preceded me,
Caryn
p.s. If anyone knows his family, would they be kind enough to forward
this, and inquire if there is a digital image they would be willing to
have presented on this site. Thanks.
