[Carolinas_asist] Library 214 for advisory board meeting

Hi,

I will send out details to the advisory board members today regarding the meeting and their Chapel Hill stay.  As an FYI, however, no place at Wilson was available, so I have booked Room 214 in Davis Library for the advisory board meeting.  The room is large (it holds 40), but can be closed off into 3 sections, so we could close off part of it and put our coffee and refreshments at the back for folks.  We will need to arrive around 7:40 and wait for them to open the library doors at 7:45 if we want to set the refreshments up a bit early.
