[Asistregional] ASIST Regional Meeting - Rutgers - final program attached

Can I ask everyone else on this list also to register ASAP? We need to know how many estimated people are coming to arrange for lunch, parking, etc.

Speaking of which, the parking will be at the parking deck next to the library. There’ll be a sign for “event parking”. No special tag needed.

Lunch will be in/outside of room 323 at SC&I.

SC&I will take care of the payments for the Lecture Hall in the library, coffee breaks, and lunch with an understanding that ASIST will reimburse SC&I as soon as possible after the event. Doing payment through SC&I gives us special rate. Vanessa - can you confirm that this arrangement is alright with you?
