Apologies for confusion.

The ASIST Annual Meeting IS NOT CHANGING DATES OR LOCATION, although at this
time the facility is not a Hilton; the phone number below is answered with
"reservations."
 
The facility is in bankruptcy proceedings, but so are a number of excellent
hotels in the current climate.  Renovations of the space and rooms we will
be using is complete and should not affect the meeting.  We are confident
that the facility will operate in a normal manner

Because of the uncertainty, we are extending the early registration date
until September 17.

However, to make reservations at the hotel, it is necessary that you call,
as online reservations will not work.  The line for reservations that is
staffed 24/7 is:
   (412) 560-1751, 
and do identify yourself as with ASIS to get our special rate.

Thank you all for your continued support.  A number of suggestions and
offers of help have been received.
