Dear Colleagues,

    The ASIS&T Nominations Committee has begun the process of preparing the
slate for the upcoming elections scheduled for this summer.  We are
asking all members to consider the following Board leadership positions that
will be on the ballot:

 - President-Elect (three year commitment, one year as President-elect, one
as President, and one as Past President; may not succeed to a second term as
President)

 - 2 Director-at-Large positions (two year commitment; may not serve
consecutive terms; must have been a member for at least one year at the time
of nomination)

Complete definitions of the terms and responsibilities of each position can

starting in "Article 2: Officers and Representatives."

Please consider nominating a member for one or more of these positions.  We
have no formal nomination form--rather, a simple email or phone call to me
will suffice.  It will be helpful if you have ascertained that the person
being suggested is willing to run. Self-nominations are also welcome.  
Please submit your nominations by Wednesday, April 15.
