I just voted YES on (since noone had any objections)

New work item proposal: Transliteration of Thai-Tham- Isan and Thai-Noi

with the following comment

ASIST agrees with the comments provided by NFAIS about the need for the new standard to be tied to the existing one

There are a few more votes coming up which ill be sending out information on soon
