[Asis-standards] ILII VOTE

Based on the discussion at the standards committee meeting I just. Voted NO on the new work item to develop the International Library Item Identifier (ILII) with the following comment

It's unclear to us given the number of identifier standards already in use in libraries why another one is needed. Its also unclear that that this standard, if created, would see widespread  adoption.

If anyone disagrees with this vote we have until 11/06 to change our vote
