1) ISO/CD 15489-1, Information and documentation — Records management — Part 1: General
This is the first draft of the revision to ISO 15489-1. The principles for revision of 15489 have been discussed in previous SC11 plenaries and in Working Group 13 meetings.
Four documents are included with this ballot:
1) The committee draft standard.
2) Explanatory document providing principles for the revision, description of the process, and discussion points on major issues.
3) Comments compilation from the proposal to develop a revision and the committee's response to those comments.
4) Crosswalk comparing the existing published standard to the committee draft and indicating where the standard was changed.

Yes - approve for advancement to the next stage of Draft International Standard (comments optional, can be substantive or editorial)
No - do not approve for advancement (comments required and should be substantive)

This voting pool is to approve the publication of the new standard NISO Z39.99-201x, ResourceSync Framework Specification, as an American National Standard.
The purpose of this standard is to describe a synchronization framework for the web consisting of various capabilities that allow third-party systems to remain synchronized with a server’s evolving resources. The capabilities may be combined in a modular manner to meet local or community requirements. This specification also describes how a server should advertise the synchronization capabilities it supports and how third-party systems may discover this information. The specification repurposes the document formats defined by the Sitemap protocol and introduces extensions for them.
The proposed standard is available in from a link on the ballot webpage and in the announcement e-mail.
