[Asis-standards] NISO vote

Having heard ni comments or objections I just voted YES on

NISO Proposed New Work Item: Development of Standards for Alternative Metrics

if anyone has any comments we have until midnight tonight to change our vote

I figure we can always vote NO on anything the working group develops (if they actually develop a standard)
