[Asis-standards] NISO vote

Hearing no objections or comments I voted YES on

 

NISO Z39.99-201x, ResourceSync Framework Specification v.1.0 to be approved
as an American National Standard - with the following comment:

 

We understand that the nature of the problem being addressed may require the
complexity built in to this standard - but have concerns about how difficult
it may make building implementations. Perhaps a non-normative implementation
guide could be created to assist implementer's in building implementations
since the sheer size and complexity of the standard may make that difficult
by just using the standards document itself

 

If anyone has any comments or objections we have until tomorrow night to
change our vote
