I just cast the following votes:

  Voted YES on Proposal to Revise ISO/FDIS 3166-1, Codes for the 
representation of names of countries and their subdivisions — Part 1: 
Country codes

Voted NO on Proposal to Revise ISO/FDIS 3166-2, Codes for the 
representation of names of countries and their subdivisions — Part 2: 
Country subdivision code - with the following comment:

Corrections noted by the US must be addressed before we will approve 
this document

Voted YES on Proposal to Revise ISO/FDIS 3166-3, Codes for the 
representation of names of countries and their subdivisions — Part 3: 
Code for formerly used names of countries

My initial instinct was to votes yes on all 3 parts but there were 10 no 
votes on Part 2 (and only 1  YES vote)so far  saying that US corrections 
had not yet been dealt with - so I decided to also vote NO - I have 
attached the US comments document to this note - If anyone objects to 
this vote ( or the other 2) let me know
