My comments

- We should vote to approve it

- The revision includes many updates from ISO/DIS 2789:2012 which better
aligns these two standards, and ISO TR 28118:2008 which has been the
defacto standard particularly for national libraries for the last 5 years
or so. In short - this update is necessary simply to ensure consistency,
apart from anything else.

- This is an incremental improvement over the earlier edition because the
guidance on implementation is much more detailed/relevant than previous. In
earlier editions, an adopter was largely left to their own devices as to
how to implement/source/calculate indicators, this next edition should
assist in greater consistency of implementation, as opposed to only a
consistency of metrics.
