[Asis-standards] One More Upcoming NISO Vote

Hi Mark

This consolidation of many minor and continuous improvements and
reformatting is definitely an improvement over the earlier 2004 version.

My particularly biased perspective on this is actually about
mapping/comparison of other similar national standards for library metrics
and statistics and cross walk reporting against them for international
comparison purposes, and the restructuring is going to make that work a lot
easier.

So I think we should vote YES.
