Anyone have any opinions about this:

  ISO/DTR 18800, Information and documentation -- Implementation 
guidelines for disposition of records

my gut feeling is to Abstain but I will defer to folks with stronger 
opinions - I believe i have already distributed this draft technical 
report but if anyone needs a copy let me know

I needs a recommendation (and comments if you have then by the morning 
of April 12 - this Friday)
