just a reminder I need comments on this by the end of October

on the NISO site the standard is described as:

This is a ballot for the TC46/SC8 standard, ISO/DIS 2789, Information 
and documentation — International library statistics.

This draft is a revision to the 2006 edition of the standard that 
provides guidance to the library and information services community on 
the collection and reporting of statistics for the purposes of 
international reporting; to ensure conformity between countries for 
those statistical measures that are frequently used by library managers, 
but do not qualify for international reporting; and to encourage good 
practice in the use of statistics for the management of library and 
information services.
