[Asis-standards] ASIS&T participation in NISO working group on E-Book Annotation Sharing and Social Reading

Hi all

On ASIS&T's behalf I've been asked to join a NISO working group on
E-Book Annotation Sharing and Social Reading.

Attached is the primary input into the work of this group - which
stems from an earlier NISO/Mellon funding round.

I'm happy to take feedback on the document and feed it into the
process - notwithstanding I will keep the list updated as to progress.
