Do you approve the creation of a new work item to create a new ISO
standard for International Musuem Statistics?

*Description*
This is a ballot for a new work item proposal from TC46/SC8 to develop a
new ISO standard titled: Information and documentation -- International
museum statistics.



The proposed standard is intended to standardize the terminology,
definitions and data collection for all types of resources and services
that museums offer. The full proposal document is available for download
from the ballot webpage or the link provided in the announcement e-mail.



Your voting options are:



Yes -- approve the creation of a new work item to develop the proposed
standard (comments optional)



No -- do not approve this proposed new project (comments required)



Abstain from voting (comments optional)



If the U.S. sends in a YES vote on this proposal, we will be expected to
nominate an expert(s) to participate on the working group that will
develop this standard. If you would like to nominate someone, please
provide the name and contact information in the comments.
