Apologies, again for my late answer. Thanks a lot for your work but we need
to contact with the speakers in a personal way. They do not know about the
event except my previous contact two months ago. I imagine they are
surprised: two of them wrote me already.
We need to do a flier for publishing it, and I have to send it to the
Chapter, and ask for organization help (students...) . We need a more
suggest title too?
Well, I will contact with the speakers (two of them will be online), but
previous we have to establish the schedule.
I will try to do it tomorrow.
Any idea about how to register? evenbrite?
