            Treasurer, Vicki Gregory
            Directors-at-Large, June Abbas and Lauren Harrison

The bylaws amendment changing the response window form 70 days to 35 days
passed.

Congratulations to Sandy, Vicki, Lauren and June, and ASIST expresses
grateful tanks to Pru Dalrymple, Lisl Zach, Isto and Mei-Mei Wu for being
willing to serve.
