Stuck with your doctoral dissertation/thesis? Need to talk about your project with someone other than your supervisor and your spouse? Want to get in touch with other doctoral students? Need to get fresh advice and new perspectives from senior researchers in your field? Don't know what to do in August 2013?
We recommend you to pack your laptop and come to Lund – a world-class university (http://www.lunduniversity.lu.se/), ranked among the top 100 in the world. We welcome you to a beautiful experience in an old European university town.
The doctoral forum is held in conjunction with CoLIS 8 (The eighth International Conference on Conceptions of Library and Information Science). It takes place 18th of August 2013, the day before the opening of main conference. It is held at Lund University, which is located just 45 minutes by train from Copenhagen where the main CoLIS conference takes place.
Three important dates to have in mind:
(1) Submit CV/Resumé and a thesis description of 1200-1500 wordsby 1st of April 2013,
(2) Notification of acceptance 15th of April,
(3) Be in Lund on the 18th of August.
