[Asis-l] Happy 75th birthday to ASIST

On March 17, 1937 the American Documentation Institute (predecessor to ASIS and ASIST) was established at a conference held at the headquarters of the National Academy of Sciences in Washington, DC. 
The ASIST 75th Anniversary Task Force (see our page at: http://www.asis.org/asist2012/historyofASIST.html  which detalis some of the activities were are planning as part of this celebration) invites you to join us planning ways to celebrate this anniversary and to think about the future of Information Science for the next 25 years.
