there is an ISO standard with 3 parts up for review - the parts are

Ballot Title: ISO/FDIS 28560-1, Information and documentation — RFID in 
libraries — Part 1: Data elements and general guidelines for implementation

Ballot Title: ISO/FDIS 28560-2, Information and documentation — RFID in 
libraries — Part 2: Encoding of RFID data elements based on rules from 
ISO/IEC 15962.

Ballot Title: ISO/FDIS 28560-3, Information and documentation — RFID in 
libraries — Part 3: Fixed length encoding

I thought I would solicit the ASIST community in case anyone has the 
desire and expertise to provide comments on these and a suggestion on 
how ASIST should vote.

I can provide a limited number of copies of these to interested 
individuals - I would need comments back by the end of January 2011
