Crusted Chicken, or Pasta Primavera - and dinner

Reg. fees (does not include price of books):  $50.00
(SLA / LACASIS Members) - $60.00 (Non-members) -
$40.00 (Students, Retirees, and those between jobs)

Registration deadline is Friday, December 7th, 2007. 
All payments must be received by the registration date
indicated. Full refunds will be given for any
cancellations prior to that date. LACASIS reserves the
right to invoice registered individuals who do not
cancel within the specified time period.
